National Religious Leaders Release Historic Declaration of Conscience
A group of 152 prominent Christian clergy, ministry leaders and scholars released The Manhattan Declaration, which addresses the sanctity of life, traditional marriage and religious liberty.  The 4,700-word declaration issues a clarion call to Christians to adhere to their convictions.  Signers include Ron Sider, President of Evangelicals for Social Action.

Faith Leaders Call on Congress to Close Guantanamo Now
More than 40 religious leaders, including Ron Sider, sent a letter to Congress on November 12 calling for immediate action. 

Position Announcement -- Professor of Public Policy and Christian Ethics
